What to Expect

There is no special protocol you need to follow prior to getting a massage. When you arrive for your appointment (or when we arrive to you), you can expect your massage therapist to consult with you on any problems you’re experiencing so they can properly match you with the right options. During a typical massage session, you will:

• Undress or wear loose-fitting clothing. It’s only necessary to undress to the point you feel comfortable. Remaining fully-clothed is an option.
• Lie down on the table. We’ll cover you with a sheet.
• Work with your therapist to locate any particularly bothersome areas.
• Enjoy your massage with a focus on problem zones.
